If you would like to plan your own event and be able to enjoy it, you need a day of coordinator! We get involved from the start, learning about you, your vision and all of the details you've put in place. Through planning meetings, contract reviews and more, we ensure every single detail is perfected and that your family and friends are well taken care of.

Partial Service Planning

Starting at $4500

Stay involved and hands on while receiving expert guidance. Through regular planning meetings, an online planning portal and event professional a quick phone call away, you will never feel lost or overwhelmed during your planning journey.

Full Service Planning

Starting at $8000

This package includes all planning details for your event; from guest list management, budget, design, vendor research & management, timeline, floor plan development and SO much more! We get to know each other well and make all planning details personal. The process is fun and meaningful, which allows you to appreciate all of your details even more!

By the Hour Consulting

$50 per hour

You will receive your own login to aisle planner, which is an amazing platform for us to keep all of your details in one organized place. It includes various tools like budget tracking, checklists, vendor management, notes, payment reminders, timeline, floor plan development and so much more. This tool allows us to always be on the same page and clearly see all of your events details in one place.
